BCAGS was founded in April 2019, soon after the enactment of the 2018 Farm Bill. The company was formed when it became obvious that blockchain technology would be the only way to legally solve the complicated challenges of integrating a real-time shared information for law enforcement system to guarantee interstate commerce in the United States.
