Our Mission

We deploy a secure, cutting-edge common operating platform (COP) that enables our partners to seamlessly track and trace predominantly agricultural commodities across states, from farm to fork, and seed-to-sale the final consumer. Leveraging our patented blockchain technology and a robust subscription model, we provide an immutable and trusted record that solves complex multi-jurisdictional and regulatory challenges. This system also creates a dynamic, interactive geospatial repository that preserves each product's pedigree, labor, and legacy.

Filling the void

In response to food contamination outbreaks and cultivated controlled substances, Congress passed laws which require agricultural track & trace systems over the last decade.. However, Congress did not fund or build the systems. BCAGS did!

The BCAGS Approach to Supply Chain Requirements

The Challenge: The Food Safety Modernization Act

The FDA's Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) represents the most significant reform of U.S. food safety laws in over 70 years. Its primary goal is to shift the focus of food safety from responding to contamination to preventing it. A key component of this is the Food Traceability Rule, which mandates that entities that manufacture, process, pack, or hold certain foods must establish and maintain detailed records of key events in a product's journey through the supply chain. This regulation directly impacts an agricultural market worth over $1.5 trillion. By July 20, 2028, more than 1.8 million U.S. farmers must have compliant track and trace software in place or risk facing significant government fines.

The Solution: The BCAGS Platform

BCAGS revolutionized the supply chain challenges with our patented Agricultural Compliance Blockchain (ACB), the definitive turn-key SaaS platform for today's complex regulatory demands. We unite a vetted network of partners—from farmers and government agencies to transporters and retailers—on a single, shared system visualized through a dynamic GIS dashboard. Every critical event, from in-transit environmental conditions to the final chain of custody, is permanently memorialized on an immutable blockchain, creating an unchangeable, trusted product history from seed to sale. This system guarantees federal compliance, prevents counterfeiting, and protects your brand, building the trust required for nationwide commerce through unprecedented security and transparency.

Patented End-to-End Traceability

Our platform provides a complete, immutable ledger of a product's journey. We don't just track shipments; we memorialize every critical event to the blockchain, creating a verifiable digital history accessible to all permissioned stakeholders.

  • Intuitive GIS Dashboard: Visualize your entire supply chain on our primary Geographical Information System (GIS) dashboard, which tracks assets in real-time and provides hyperlinks to authenticated documents at each stage of the journey.
  • Seed-to-Sale Lifecycle Monitoring: We capture data from the very beginning—including soil and cultivation data—through processing, transport, retail, and finally to the consumer.
  • Regulatory Compliance: The ACB is specifically designed to help the 1.8M+ U.S. farmers meet the track and trace mandates of the Food Safety & Modernization Act (FSMA) and the Agricultural Improvement Act—a tracking system to support all stakeholders in the highly diverse and demanding agricultural market.

Environmental & Custody Monitoring

Protect the integrity and quality of your assets during transit. Our solution records crucial environmental data directly to the blockchain, ensuring it cannot be altered.

  • Advanced RFID Sensor Labels: Low-cost RFID tags integrate thermometers and hygrometers, providing real-time interior container monitoring of temperature and humidity throughout the shipping process.
  • Smart Lock Integration: Through our partnership with T5tek, our platform integrates with smart locks that can be locked and unlocked based on blockchain consensus protocols, ensuring a verifiable chain of custody.
  • Patented Geofencing: Our technology can trigger automated actions—such as locking or unlocking a container—when a shipment enters or exits a predefined geographical area, adding a dynamic layer of security

Consumer Trust & Counterfeit Prevention

Empower your customers and protect your brand's reputation with verifiable product authenticity.

  • Electronic Quality Assurance (eQA): Consumers can scan a simple QR code on the product label to access the ACB and instantly verify the commodity's authenticity and view its complete lineage from origin to the point of sale.
  • Streamlined Audits: All relevant documents, such as invoices, manifests, and certificates of analysis, are hyperlinked to blockchain events, simplifying compliance and audits.
  • Protects High-Value Goods: Our system is the ideal solution for preventing counterfeiting in high-value agricultural commodities such as wine, truffles, olive oil, hemp, and honey.
